  • Payment processing: Stripe & Precise Petcare]Payment card information is stored securely by the provider. We can view only the last four digits for reference.
  • Website hosting and security providers that keep this site running and protected

We may also share information if required by law, or with a veterinarian or emergency services when necessary for your pet’s safety.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep client information for as long as you use our services and for a reasonable period afterward for business, tax, and legal purposes. Inquiry information from non-clients is deleted after 12 months. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete it.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may keep certain information when required for legal, tax, or security reasons.
